OPWC brought community leaders and representatives of Pakistani institutions together in Slough on 2 January 2025 for a seminar on strengthening Pakistan and its ties with overseas Pakistanis.
President Haji Abid Hussain hosted the gathering, organised with chairman Naeem Naqshbandi, councillors and lawyers. Guests included OPF board chairman Syed Qamar Raza, Punjab OPC vice chair Barrister Amjad Malik and representatives of the Pakistan High Commission.
The seminar put overseas Pakistanis and the institutions that serve them in direct conversation, continuing OPWC’s work to bring community concerns to the table.
