As NHS staff, Police and Royal Mail workers kept essential services running during the COVID-19 pandemic, OPWC helped distribute food packages on behalf of the Pakistan High Commission.
Chairman Naeem Naqshbandi and president Haji Abid Hussain contributed to the effort, which was recognised by Pakistan’s Press Information Department in June 2020.
The distribution was a practical way to support the people serving the wider community during a difficult time.
